Welcome, Friends!
Are you new to homeschooling? Or are you a veteran?
I bet that however you classify yourself, you’ve asked other homeschoolers, or good ol’ Google, for curriculum recommendations, haven’t you?
It’s funny how that thing that can cause us so much stress is also the thing that connects and identifies us.
Well, grab a cup of coffee and join us over on The Triangle Homeschool Resource Center’s Facebook page! Curriculum is the topic of the week. I want to know what you’re using. And what you’re looking for!
I also hope you’ll check out the “About” page here and get to know me and my vision for our wonderful community of homeschoolers.
Is this on your shelf?
(If it is, it was either a hand-me-down, or you’ve been homeschooling a while! ha!)
I have a well-loved copy of “100 Top Picks for Homeschool Curriculum” by Cathy Duffy. Yes, I love to ask for some more personal recommendations, but when I start daydreaming about what’s next for my kids, this is the first thing I pick up. Also, it’s usually 1 am, and I’m trying not to spill tea on my laptop. This book always gets the wheels turning.
I love the beginning chapters that help you set goals and figure out your homeschooling style. So much great info packed in there before you even get to the curriculum reviews!
Do you need a copy of this, friend? Or would you like to gift one to a new homeschooler who could use some direction?
Here’s your chance to win a copy of the latest and greatest edition of this book! Enter and share!
